Hidden Pastures Farm Camps give kids a more immersive way to experience animals, nature, practical skills, outdoor activities, and real farm life during school breaks and summer.
Camp days are built around hands-on participation. Children may care for animals, explore the farm, work on projects, learn new skills, spend time outdoors, and experience different parts of farm life throughout the day.
Because the farm changes with the seasons, every camp has something a little different to offer.

Fall Break Camp
Spend Fall Break at Hidden Pastures with a full week of animals, outdoor activities, farm projects, practical skills, and hands-on experiences.
Campers will take part in real farm life through animal care, seasonal activities, nature exploration, projects, games, and opportunities to learn by doing. Activities will vary throughout the week based on the animals, weather, and what is happening on the farm.

Fall Break Camp is designed for kids who enjoy animals, being outdoors, trying new things, and spending more time actively participating in life on the farm.
Specific activities may vary from day to day and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Farm Camp Throughout the Year
Fall Break Camp
A seasonal farm experience during fall school break, with hands-on activities shaped by autumn on the farm.
Campers may participate in animal care, outdoor exploration, seasonal projects, practical farm activities, and other experiences based on what is happening at Hidden Pastures.
Spring Break Camp
Spring brings new activity to the farm.
Spring Break Camp gives kids opportunities to spend time outdoors, work with animals, explore seasonal changes, participate in farm projects, and learn through hands-on experience.
Summer Farm Camp
A fuller farm experience for kids who want to spend more time with animals, outdoor activities, projects, practical skills, and the everyday rhythms of summer on the farm.
What Might Campers Do?
Camp activities vary based on the season, weather, animals, and current farm needs.
Depending on the camp, children may:
- Feed and care for animals
- Groom or appropriately interact with animals
- Help with simple farm chores
- Explore nature
- Work in the garden
- Complete seasonal projects

That variety is part of what makes Farm Camp different from a single-purpose class or animal visit.

Learning may happen while caring for an animal, completing a project, working alongside another camper, using a new tool, exploring nature, or figuring out how to complete a real farm task.

What Should Campers Bring?
Farm Camp takes place on a real working farm.
Campers should come prepared for outdoor conditions that may include heat, cold, dirt, mud, dust, uneven ground, animals, and changing weather.

- Closed-toe shoes or boots
- Clothes that can get dirty
- Weather-appropriate clothing
