Spend Spring Break outdoors, with animals, and part of real farm life.
Spring Break Farm Camp gives kids a full week at Hidden Pastures filled with animals, outdoor exploration, practical farm skills, seasonal projects, and hands-on learning.
As the farm moves into spring, campers have opportunities to experience changing seasons, animals, nature, and the real work happening around them.
No previous farm or animal experience is required.

A Week of Animals, Nature & Farm Life
Spring brings its own rhythm to Hidden Pastures.
Camp days may include animals, outdoor learning, farm projects, agriculture, practical skills, nature, and seasonal activities.
Activities vary based on season, weather, animal needs, current farm projects, and age and group needs.
What Campers May Do

Animals & Care
Animal care and animal enrichment.
Farm Skills & Projects
Farm chores, seasonal projects, and practical farm skills.
Nature & Agriculture
Gardening and planting, and nature exploration.
Exploration & Play
Outdoor games, creative projects, and teamwork and problem-solving.
Activities vary depending on what is happening on the farm.

Meet, Learn & Help Care for the Herd
Animals are an important part of Spring Break Camp.
Depending on the animals and farm conditions, campers may work around horses, miniature horses, goats, sheep, pigs, cattle, donkeys, poultry, rabbits, and other Hidden Pastures animals.
Not every animal participates every day.
Their wellbeing and comfort always come first.
No Two Days Are Exactly the Same
A working farm changes constantly.
Weather, animals, seasonal needs, and ongoing projects help shape each day.
We plan meaningful activities while leaving room for campers to experience the real life of the farm as it happens.
Specific activities cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Dress for Farm Life
Campers should arrive prepared for active outdoor days.
Please bring or wear:
- ✓Closed-toe shoes or boots
- ✓Comfortable clothes that can get dirty
- ✓Weather-appropriate clothing
- ✓Water bottle
- ✓Lunch and snacks as required by current camp instructions
Camp takes place outdoors and may involve heat, cold, wind, dust, mud, uneven ground, and natural farm smells and sounds.
Need Help With Camp Cost?
Need-based assistance may be available through the Hidden Pastures Access Fund based on available funding.
Camp assistance generally applies to one camp week at a time.
Spend Spring Break at Hidden Pastures
A week away from school can also be a week to explore, learn, contribute, and try something new.
Space is limited and advance registration is required.
