Explore the Farm at Your Own Pace

All Abilities Farm Day is not a structured class.

Guests may move between activities based on comfort, interest, energy level, and sensory needs.

Some people may want to meet animals right away. Others may prefer to observe first, take a break, stay close to a caregiver, or choose only a few activities.

Participation is always flexible.

There is no expectation that everyone will experience the farm in the same way.

What Might Your Family Experience?

Activities may include:

  • Meeting and interacting with farm animals
  • Sensory-friendly animal experiences
  • Simple farm and nature activities
  • Quiet spaces and opportunities for breaks
  • Flexible, no-pressure participation

Activities may vary based on weather, animal needs, and the season.

There Is More Than One Right Way to Participate

No one is required to touch an animal, complete every activity, or stay in one area for the entire event.

Guests may participate, observe, pause, step away, or return to an activity later.

Families are encouraged to make choices based on what feels comfortable and manageable for each person.

Different ways of participating are expected and welcomed.
