Hidden Pastures offers several ways to spend time on the farm — whether you’re looking for a regular rhythm, a seasonal gathering, or a quiet moment with animals and the land.
This is a working farm with clear structure and schedules designed to support both the animals and the people who come here.

Open Farm Work Hour
Quiet, Low-Pressure Time on the Farm
Fridays | 10:00–11:30 AM
Open Farm Work Hour is a standing, low-key time to be on the farm while regular work is happening.
There is:
- no facilitation
- no programming
- no expectation to talk or share
People may:
- help with light farm tasks
- spend quiet time with animals
- observe and learn
- come once or return regularly
Participation is pay-what-you-can.
Suggested donation: $10–$20

Community Events & Gatherings
Throughout the year, Hidden Pastures hosts seasonal events that bring the community together.
Events May Include:
- Community Open Farm Days
- Bonfire Nights
- Workshops
- Seasonal Celebrations

Goat Grams & Community Visits
Goat Grams bring a small group of farm animals into the community for joyful, meaningful visits.
Available for:
- birthdays and celebrations
- schools and organizations
- senior and assisted living communities
- corporate or community events
Veteran Connect Hour (Launching Fall)

A standing, low-pressure farm hour for veterans and first responders.
This is time to be on the land together — working, observing, or simply present — without facilitation or expectation.

Programs for Kids & Teens Programs
Hidden Pastures offers farm-based programs for children and youth focused on hands-on learning, structure, and meaningful connection.
Programs include:
- Farm Club (after-school)
- Seasonal Camps (Spring & Summer)
- Western Riding Lessons
- 1:1 Farm-Based Coaching (limited availability)
All programs are intentionally paced and grounded in real farm life.

Support the Farm
Hidden Pastures is sustained through a combination of program fees and community support.
Ways to help include:
- animal sponsorships
- the Hidden Pastures Access Fund, which supports scholarships and reduced-cost participation
- general donations
