Veteran Connect Hour- Coming Fall 2026

A Standing, Low-Pressure Time on the Farm for Veterans

Veteran Connect Hour is a predictable, low-key time for veterans to be on the farm together — without facilitation, programming, or expectations.

This is not a support group or therapy session.
It’s shared space, steady work, and time on the land.

What Veteran Connect Hour Is

Veteran Connect Hour offers veterans a place to:

  • spend time on a working farm
  • be around other veterans
  • help with light farm tasks or simply observe
  • come and go as they need

There is no agenda.
No group processing.
No requirement to talk or participate.

You’re welcome to show up quietly and just be.

What to Expect

  • A consistent day and time
  • A calm, predictable environment
  • Light farm work happening during the hour
  • Space for conversation or silence

Some people come once.
Some return regularly.
Both are welcome.

Who This Is For

Veteran Connect Hour is designed for:

  • veterans who want community without pressure
  • those who prefer doing over talking
  • people who value routine and shared presence
  • veterans curious about the farm or future programs

This space is intentionally simple and peer-based.

What This Is Not

To keep this space grounded and sustainable, Veteran Connect Hour is not:

  • a therapy group
  • a facilitated discussion
  • a place for crisis support
  • a program requiring disclosure or sharing

If you’re seeking structured therapeutic support, we can help you explore other options.

When & Where

Why This Exists

Many veterans don’t want another program — they want a place.

Veteran Connect Hour exists to offer:

  • consistency
  • shared space
  • connection without expectation

The farm does the work.
The animals set the pace.
