Calm, Hands-On Days with Animals and Farm Life
Hidden Pastures offers seasonal farm camps where kids spend full days outdoors, care for animals, and take part in real farm life.
Camps are steady, engaging, and intentionally paced — giving kids space to move, explore, and belong without pressure to perform.
This is not a high-energy activity camp.
It’s a grounded, hands-on farm experience.
What Camp Is Like
Camp days include:
- caring for and interacting with animals
- hands-on farm and homestead projects
- outdoor play and exploration
- creative, seasonal activities
- space to rest and reset as needed
The daily rhythm stays consistent, even as activities change.
Who Camp Is For
Farm Camps are a good fit for kids who:
- enjoy animals and being outdoors
- benefit from predictable structure
- learn best by doing
- feel overwhelmed in loud or competitive settings
- want connection without constant instruction
No prior farm or animal experience is required.

Is Camp a Good Fit?
Farm Camps work best for kids who can participate safely in a group setting.
If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you think it through.
